About Fast First Farm

Fast First Farm is located in over 100 acres of open land in Richlands, NC. Our amenities include an All Weather lighted Jump ring, 20 by 40 meter dressage ring that is shaded by large Oak trees most of the day, and a new Cross Country Course. We also have over 2000 acres of conditioning trails which abut our property as well as 5000 acres three miles from the farm available for riding as well. We have several hunter paces at this location throughout the year

Our barn features 12 by 12 matted stalls with half Dutch doors, a cemented 16 foot wide aisleway, wash rack, and a tack room. We also have 12 by 24 matted foaling stalls with cameras installed for observation. Our lounge is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Our lounge also features a refrigerator TV with DVD player as well as comfortable couches to relax on.

We feed only high quality Nutrena feeds and only the best hay, which is trucked in from New York State every eight weeks, is fed to our horses. Our pastures are managed and seeded twice a year. Colic is a rare event at our farm due to our commitment to the very best care for all the horses. All horses are treated as if they were our own. Our paddocks are all made of three-rail board fencing and most pastures have run-in shelters as well. Owners live on site.

Farm is open for cross country schooling, daily. A great place to get off and practice before a show. Cost: $20.00 per horse. Please call and reserve your time. Stop in office and sign release.
